a decade of experience helping buyers, sellers, and returning clients confidently navigate
important real estate decisions.
Since beginning her real estate career in 2013, Mashonda has built her business on
personalized service, strong relationships, market knowledge, and a commitment to doing what
is right for her clients. She believes every client has a story and considers each opportunity to
be part of that journey a privilege.

Her commitment to professionalism, knowledge, service, and ethical standards is at the heart of
how Mashonda conducts her business. Her goal is not only to help clients successfully buy or
sell a home, but to become a trusted real estate resource they can rely on for years to come.
Originally from North Carolina, Mashonda graduated from the University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies. After college, she was recruited
by GTE and relocated to St. Petersburg and has since developed a deep connection to the
Tampa Bay community.
Mashonda is also committed to giving back. She serves on the board of Clothes To Kids and
previously spent 10 years serving on PTA boards, where she was recognized as Pinellas
County PTA President of the Year.
When she is not working, Mashonda enjoys spending time with family and friends, dining at
great local restaurants, and taking in beautiful Florida sunsets.
